Warranty & returns

Understand the part, the coverage and the process before you buy.

Get the coverage in writing

Warranty coverage varies by component, condition and agreed sale terms. Request the exact coverage period, covered failure types, exclusions and claim process for the specific stock number before purchasing. No universal warranty period is represented in this preview.

Before installation

Match the replacement to your VIN and serial number, inspect the part and retain your invoice. Ask a qualified installer to review the manufacturer’s installation and supporting-system requirements.

If something is wrong

Stop using a part that may be damaged or unsafe. Gather the order or stock number, installation record, symptoms and clear photographs, then ask the parts team for the appropriate next step before dismantling or returning anything.

Returning a part

Request authorization before shipping a return. Confirm eligibility, time limit, original-condition requirements, freight responsibility and any restocking fee. Those conditions must be stated in your approved sales documents.

Core deposits

A core deposit is separate from the part price. Confirm the accepted model, completeness and condition, return deadline and freight arrangements. A deposit is refundable only under the terms agreed for that transaction.
