The right route for your part
Heavy parts and small components need different shipping plans. Before you arrange payment, confirm the dimensions, packaging, destination and unloading requirements in your written quote.
Freight for the big stuff
Engines, transmissions, cabs and hoods usually require palletized freight or a specialist carrier. Let the team know whether your address is commercial or residential, and whether you have a loading dock or forklift. Request liftgate service if you need it.
Parcel delivery
Smaller items may qualify for parcel shipping. Actual package weight and size determine the available service. Ask for tracking details after the shipment has been booked.
Yard pickup
Wait for confirmation that your part is ready before travelling. Confirm the pickup address, opening hours, loading arrangements and the vehicle you will bring. Keep your stock number and written quotation available.
Inspect before signing
Check the packaging and visible condition at delivery. Photograph any damage and note it with the carrier before signing. Keep packaging and contact the seller promptly to discuss the next step.
International enquiries
For delivery outside the United States, request a destination-specific export quotation. Availability, transport, documentation and import requirements must be confirmed before an order is accepted.
